Primary Schools Ofsted Additional Inspector
Joanne Sanchez-Thompson has worked with children, teachers and school leaders across the 3-19 age range in both the UK and the US for the past 26 years.
She currently works as an Independent Consultant, Additional Inspector and as a part-time SENCo in a large urban primary school in Northamptonshire. A former Headteacher of middle and primary schools, she is an accredited SIP and works on school improvement with a wide range of schools from very small rural primaries to large urban schools. Joanne has been a Governor of three schools over the past 16 years and is currently Vice Chair of her local Primary. She also acts as a consultant on global education for the US-based Visiting International Faculty Program.
